CONTEXT

Overview

ProCoPack is a newly launched co-packing service created by Green Bowl Foods to provide reliable, flexible food manufacturing solutions for emerging and established brands. As a new sub-brand, ProCoPack required a complete brand identity and website to support its market launch and sales outreach.

I was responsible for designing the brand identity and building the website from the ground up.

The Challenge

ProCoPack launched without many of the traditional trust signals found in B2B manufacturing, such as an established reputation, previous clients, or an existing digital presence. The challenge was to create a brand that felt professional and industrial, while remaining welcoming and accessible to early-stage food startups.

At the same time, the website needed to present detailed co-packing services in a clear, scannable way that supported quick understanding and decision-making, all while being designed and built within the fast-paced environment of an internship.

I was very excited to take this project on!

The Challenge

With no existing brand identity or digital presence, ProCoPack needed a professional and industrial visual system that could appeal to B2B food manufacturers and startups, while making complex co-packing services easy to understand and navigate.

Brand Identity Development

Visual Identity

I collaborated closely with my supervisor to define ProCoPack’s visual direction, informing the logo design and a clean, industrial-inspired visual system suited for food manufacturing. Typography and colour palettes were selected to support a trustworthy, scalable B2B identity.

Brand Messaging

I led the development of ProCoPack’s brand messaging by crafting the brand slogan and writing all supporting content, including service descriptions that translate technical co-packing offerings into clear, easy-to-understand language.

I maintained a consistent, professional tone across all brand touch-points to build clarity, trust, and credibility throughout the customer experience.

Keeping B2B food manufacturers and startups at the center of every decision was important. I created a user flow that organized content into key sections:

Wireframes in figma

I used the sitemap and user flow as a foundation for lo-fidelity wireframes, exploring layout, content hierarchy, and section order before visual design. This allowed me to iterate quickly and validate the site structure early.

Solution

Final Design

The final website was built in WordPress using the Elementor page builder, allowing for a flexible and scalable implementation of the design. Clear call-to-action sections were integrated throughout the page to guide users toward contact and inquiry, while interactive elements and structured layouts were used to enhance engagement and support intuitive navigation.

Together, these choices ensured the site was easy to explore, responsive across devices, and effective in supporting lead generation.
